  • TUESDAY – COLD WATER SWIMMING: We meet during the winter season (from September till April) in any weather at 6.30 a.m. at the bus turning point at Antolska Street. A brief warm-up, followed by bathing with the swans, light exercise, and couple of laps jogging around the lake. Reserve at least an hour. Keep in mind that swimming in cold water is challenging and you are doing this on your own responsibility. We encourage you to get a medical check-up before your first swim. 
  • TUESDAY – RUNNING TRAINING: We meet every Tuesday at 6:25 p.m. at Zelezna Studnicka. We run in any weather (except during a storm). A good headlight is a must. Training is led by an experienced coach. Reserve 90 minutes.
  • FRIDAY – INDOOR SWIMMING PRACTICE WITH ISC: We meet at Mokorohajska at 6:50 a.m. Prior registration for training is required at international.sports.club@gmail.com. Training is led by an experienced coach. Reserve 60 minutes.
